| CUSTOM PRINTED WHEELS OVERVIEW Custom printed skateboard wheels were the second category that we added to our product mix. Our flexible program allows the same graphic to be printed on different sizes and types of wheels, just remember to size your graphic to the smallest size wheel. Since we create our own films, burn our own plates and have multiple pad printers our turnaround time is usually less than a week! High grade T.D.I.( toluene diisocanate) polyurethane with 101a inner and 99a outer. This wheel gives you the benefits of having softer polyurethane on the outer while having a harder polyurethane core: a quicker wheel that is not too hard. |

FORMULA PC (White/Black) High grade T.D.I.( toluene diisocanate) polyurethane 98a outer. The inner core is made of a hard polymer, harder than our formula ‘D’, this allows for a slightly softer outer with a little more grip and a lightweight wheel. The polymer core and a thinned out bearing seat make for a lightweight wheel. |
